This project involved renovating a historic school building, including structural updates, and refinishing the entire building to restore it to an operable school.
The building contained asbestos, so we needed to remove, repair and encapsulate the asbestos to eliminate the threat of exposure to toxic fibers. Having an in-house team experienced in these older remodels allowed us to meet this challenge and restore this irreplaceable building.
