Our team served as the General Contractor on this ground-up construction of a new Jack in the Box restaurant located in Layton, Utah. The $1.4 million project involved a full site development and vertical build, completed through the challenges of a harsh winter season and complex site conditions.
We coordinated closely with the landowner and surrounding tenants to ensure minimal disruption within the existing commercial complex. Despite weather delays and unforeseen site issues, our team maintained clear communication and proactive scheduling to keep the project moving forward.
We’re proud to have delivered the project on time, on budget, and fully compliant with Jack in the Box’s national brand standards. At turnover, the Jack in the Box operations team praised the cleanliness and readiness of the store, setting the tone for a successful opening day.
