We are excited to announce the successful completion of a second-generation Tenant Improvement (TI) project for our longtime client, Einstein Bros. Bagels. The project in Pleasant View, which involved the renovation and customization of a commercial space that was formerly operated by Chip Cookies, was completed ahead of schedule—in just 50 calendar days.

Over the past two years, we have successfully completed five projects for Einstein Bagels. These projects are part of our TI services, in which we tailor commercial spaces to meet the specific needs of incoming tenants. Our extensive experience enables us to navigate the complexities of existing commercial structures, each presenting its own set of challenges, and to efficiently redesign spaces within strict timeframes and budgets.
Einstein Bros. Bagels, part of the Panera Brands, is a “neighborhood bagel shop” that provides freshly baked bagels, sandwiches, and more to local residents.
