We are excited to announce the successful completion of a first-generation Tenant Improvement project for our client, Einstein Bros. Bagels. The project in Saratoga Springs, the sixth Einstein Bagel project we have worked on over the past two years, was completed in 50 calendar days despite ongoing construction on the shell of the new building.
“This project was unique in that the landlord was not yet finished with construction of the shell and we had to start the Tenant Improvement project while the other contractor was still working on the building,” explained Kaden Maddox, Vice President of Operations. “We are proud to say that we were able to work closely with that contractor and were able to finish the project on time for Einstein.”
Kaden further explained that Maddox Construction has the capability to manage initial builds and tenant customization projects from the ground up, shaving months off the timeline by incorporating tenant needs into the initial build for the landlord.
Einstein Bros. Bagels, part of the Panera Brands, is a repeat customer for Maddox Construction. We have worked closely with their corporate construction team to bring their iconic bagel shops to many neighborhoods around Utah.
