Linda joins Maddox Construction following a remarkable career with Coldwell Banker, where she spent over four decades in real estate — including 13 years as one of Utah’s top Managing Brokers and more than 25 years as a licensed Realtor and broker. Her proven record of success, mentorship, and high-performance management made her one of the most respected names in Utah’s real-estate industry.
Now, she brings that same standard of professionalism, precision, and people-first leadership to the world of construction.
As COO, Linda Maddox Geer will:
