This remodel project involved the removal of existing fire escapes and the precise installation of four new fire escapes on the rear of an apartment building. The work was completed with minimal disruption to the building’s tenants.
The site presented an extremely tight work area, with only four feet of clearance for excavation and concrete work. This required our team to perform with exceptional precision and attention to detail, successfully completing the project without compromising the structural integrity of the surrounding area.
