Jack in the Box – Saratoga Springs

Jack in the Box – Saratoga Springs

Location: Saratoga Springs, Utah
Duration: 4 months
Project Cost: $1,400,000.00

Project Type: Ground-Up Build

This project involved the ground-up construction of a new Jack in the Box restaurant in Saratoga Springs. We worked diligently to ensure minimal disruption to surrounding businesses and lots by closely coordinating with them throughout the construction process. Despite facing weather-related delays, we were able to stay on track and meet all scheduled targets. The project was completed within the tight 3.5-month time frame and delivered successfully on budget.

Unique Problem Solved

One of the primary challenges was navigating supply chain delays to critical electrical gear. Early procurement strategies and proactive supplier coordination ensured that materials were still available without causing delays to the project schedule. Additionally, the lot’s tight layout required careful attention to logistics and construction methods to avoid disrupting the neighboring businesses that remained open during the build.

The winter conditions in Saratoga Springs presented further obstacles, particularly with power and weather-related disruptions. Through strategic scheduling, resource allocation, and consistent problem-solving, the team maintained progress despite these external factors.
